BeON Living Refunds and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing you with the freshest, healthiest, tastiest foods available. If you receive products from us that have been damaged in shipping or are past their expiration date, please email our friendly customer service team at "support at beonliving dot com." Depending on what the items is, at our discretion, we will either issue you credit to use in our online store, or send you replacement product. Also depending on the item, we may issue a call tag and require that you return the damaged or expired item(s).

If you are not completely happy with your order, we will gladly accept returns of unopened product within 14 days of your receiving them. Please contact customer service first to obtain a return authorization number and then mail back to:

Once we receive and review the items, we will issue you credit to use in our online store at your convenience. If you’d prefer to have your credit card refunded, there will be a 10% restocking fee assessed.

We triple check all orders before they ship out, but if the shipment you received does not match your order, or you have any questions about the refund and return process, please email our friendly customer service team at "support at beonliving dot com" and they’ll help you from there.
